Founded in May 2020, Dynamic Marketing Investments was built on the vision of combining modern technology with purpose-driven leadership. Rodney recognized that many nonprofits and small organizations struggle not because of a lack of passion, but because they often lack the systems, strategy, and infrastructure necessary to sustain long-term growth. Through DMI, he works to bridge that gap by helping organizations implement scalable marketing systems, donor engagement strategies, CRM automation, and AI-driven operational solutions.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales, Rodney brings a unique perspective that blends entrepreneurship, business strategy, and real-world execution. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing and an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Colorado Technical University, equipping him with both the academic foundation and practical insight necessary to guide organizations through modern growth challenges.

Rodney’s passion for nonprofit consulting is deeply personal. He is inspired by organizations that dedicate themselves to serving others and believes strongly in the power of people helping people. This passion led to the development of DMI’s nonprofit-focused consulting initiatives, including the DMI Flex Plan, which was created to provide nonprofit organizations with accessible growth support, marketing infrastructure, and long-term strategic partnership opportunities.

In addition to his leadership at DMI, Rodney recently accepted the opportunity to serves as a Co-Director (Board Member) of the Greater Augusta Black Chamber of Commerce, serving on both the Award Committee and the Business & Financial Affairs Committee, contributing to initiatives focused on business growth, leadership development, and economic empowerment within the community.
